Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by A-List Design Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a website package, add-on, or service through our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Offered

A-List Design Studio provides custom WordPress website design services, including predefined website packages, optional add-ons, hosting setup, and ongoing support services as outlined on our website.

All services are scoped based on the package or add-on selected at the time of purchase, along with information provided through the Project Intake Form.

2. Website Packages & Scope

Each website package includes a defined scope of work, page count, features, and revision allowances as described on the Website Packages page.

Any requests that fall outside the scope of the selected package may require:

  • An upgraded package

  • An additional add-on

  • Hourly support billed separately

Scope adjustments are discussed and agreed upon before work proceeds.

3. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines vary by package and project complexity.

Project timelines begin after:

  • Payment has been received in full (unless otherwise agreed)

  • The Project Intake Form has been submitted

  • Required assets and information have been provided

Delays in providing content, approvals, or required materials may extend the project timeline. A-List Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client submissions.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely project, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information via the Project Intake Form

  • Supplying content, images, branding, and domain/hosting access as needed

  • Responding to communications and review requests in a timely manner

Incomplete or missing information may delay project progress.

5. Revisions

Each website package includes a specific number of revision rounds, as outlined on the Website Packages page.

Revisions are intended for refining layout, content placement, and visual details—not redesigning approved work or expanding scope.

Additional revisions beyond what is included may be completed through hourly support.

6. Payments & Fees

Website packages, custom projects, e-commerce sites, or advanced functionality may require:

  • A deposit to begin work

  • Remaining balance due prior to launch

All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of website design services:

  • All website package purchases are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable

8. Ownership & Access

Upon project completion and launch:

  • Clients receive administrator access

  • Clients retain full ownership of their website and content

Ongoing updates, edits, and maintenance depend on the selected hosting or support plan.

Edits made outside an active care or support plan are managed by the client. Optional hourly support is available if assistance is needed.

9. Hosting & Maintenance

Website hosting is not included with website packages unless explicitly stated.

Clients may choose between:

  • Client self-hosting (with setup assistance)

  • A-List Hosting & Care Plan (ongoing managed hosting)

Hosting terms, inclusions, and responsibilities are outlined on the Add-Ons & Support page.

10. Third-Party Tools & Services

A-List Design Studio may use third-party tools, plugins, themes, or hosting platforms as part of the website build.

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes, updates, or pricing adjustments made by third-party providers

  • Service interruptions outside our control

11. Limitation of Liability

While we take care to deliver high-quality, functional websites, A-List Design Studio is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or business

  • Data loss

  • Security breaches caused by third-party software or client actions

  • Issues arising from changes made by the client or outside providers

12. Communication

Primary communication is conducted via email unless otherwise arranged.

Clients agree to maintain respectful and professional communication throughout the project.

13. Changes to These Terms

A-List Design Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
